Member SpotlightATD SC's May Member Spotlight is Jennifer Sutherland
Jennifer is the Global Leader of Culture, Learning & Development for Trustwave, a cybersecurity company headquartered in Chicago. She owns the learning, culture, internal communication, diversity and engagement activities for the organization of 1000 global employees. In this role, she’s spearheaded initiatives like the Leadership Development Program and implemented a new Learning Management System. She’s also passionate about fostering connections within the industry, actively participating in the ATD network for professional development and networking. Jennifer shares, “My ATD membership has been invaluable to me in many ways. But my two primary takeaways have been networking and professional development. I’ve met so many amazing training practitioners through SC ATD. I love learning from others who are passionate about talent development! And I attend as many professional development events as possible. I love the virtual webinar formats, the annual conference and the coffee chats!” This passion for development extends beyond her professional life. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Davenport University, where she teaches business, HR, and training courses. She’s also leveraged this expertise to establish her own consulting firm. When she’s not building learning cultures, she can be found volunteering her time to mentor and deliver training programs, or advocating for female student mentorship through Winning Futures. In her free time, she enjoys rescuing animals, traveling the world (having explored all seven continents!), and indulging in her love for craft beer. |

South Carolina ATD has many opportunities for presenters to showcase their talent. We are looking for local and national presenters to help build core skills, share best practices and innovations, and lead the way in trends affecting the Talent Development industry. Most importantly, we are looking for proposals to provide participants with a learning experience that offers direct professional application. Content may be delivered either in-person or virtually. | The following list was identified by our local membership as highly desirable subject matter for presentations.
